Lithium batteries dislike full charge and discharge cycles. They actually shorten the life of the battery and if the battery is completely discharged, there's a danger it won't turn on again.
As GuitarG20 says, just charge it when you need to, there's no memory effect with Lithium batteries, so a quick half hour top up does no harm.
