Default Google Music from Google Play in UK

Just stumbled across this link in Phandroid news which allow for Google Music to be downloaded for Google play in UK. It is not full cloud/drive music but allow you to play your music atleast....

Google Drive, Wallet, and Music get upgrades http://phandroid.com/?p=109071

Might be a noob but didn't think this was possible outside of the US unless you were rooted or downloaded seperatly from XDA it something like that.....?

I am in Canada and I used a program that changed my IP address on my router temporarily to look like I was in the U.S. so I could download Google Music. Once I had it installed I can now upload all my music to "the cloud" and have it available anytime on multiple devices. I still cannot purchase any music from the store though.
The program I used is called TunnelBear and it allows a certain amount of MB per month free to download.
