I can't find an RUU, but here is the stock bot and recovery iimages: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1928019

If you restore the backup you had of stock, you should be able to flash those via fastboot and it'll be as near as you'll get without an RUU.

hey thanks for helping but i have lost my backup for restore to the stock rom but i have find an OTA update for my One X Indian version OTA_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_S_hTC_Asia_India_2.17.720.2 but i try every possible way to install it but no chance is there any way to fix this thing up and make it work if you like i can upload it and you can look at it

Taking a look now, but judging by the size of it, that won't do you much good, you'd need the full RUU (over 500MB worth), that file is only 141MB.

sir this one is the full back up from a guy who upload it and he said flash it like this way and i did it but it didn't work
Unlock bootloader
Flash cwm
Put backup folder in cwm/backup on sdcard
Restore backup full
Fastboot flash stock boot.img from backup
Flash stock recovery
Lock bootloader

i also try to make it like this way also didn't work

If that didn't work, without the RUU, I'm not sure what else you can try, sorry.

i finally did it i'm now on the original stock ROM and i relock my device now waiting for JB update

Hey, how did you make ota update work on htc one x? I'm in a same position.. I'm also from India i got 2.17.720.2 i can't find the ruu... Pls tell me. As i can't install jellybean. Did you installed it? Pls ans bro
