Yea, Sprint had it online in black as well, and should be having them in stores actually. A Sprint sales lady said they just received them and didn't even know because I actually went back to swap it out within the 14 day period with a S4...(sorry was having wifi issues and I really wanted the S4 deep down inside) She opened the box and was like, how did you get the black one..I said I ordered it offline. When she went back to get my S4 she noticed they had a bunch of black ones in the back that just came in today. I'm not gonna lie, it was a clean as looking phone. Functioned well, but I couldn't get over the Wifi issue. It no longer connected to Wifi for me. Even after reboots etc. Regardless of fix or replaced I wanted the S4 honestly...

Sorry to hear you had a faulty device.

Thank god (knock on wood) mine's been flawless.

I wish I had a black one but now that I picked up the official HTC Hard case I guess it doesn't matter much.

Should finally be getting mine today (damn sim free UK availability...). coming via royal mail special delivery today so should be at mine before 1pm waiting for me when I get in.

Now to hope that my lazy ass housemates will get out of bed to answer the door when it turns up

Mine turned up yesterday....BOTH OF EM !
After all the hassle I had with Expansys, when I tried to cancel the order, they decided they had one to send, after I`d already ordered another from elsewhere, oh well, one going back I guess.

Very nice piece of kit, but tarnished by all the delays.

EDIT...Just had a call from HTC customer service (I filled out an online survey for them), they apologised for the delays and said that all comments do get passed up to director level, funny as I received my phone from Expansys just yesterday, if I was a conspiracy theorist, I`d think they planned it that way ;-)

Canadian owners - Got my Telus connected HTC One (Telus) yesterday from Future Shop and used their trade-up program to immediately get $100 off with the trade-in of my old HTC Desire. Doing it this way saved a bit on taxes too. Can't get over how fast and smooth it is.
