Default Can we get the gs4 keyboard & better folder icons?

Is there anyway to get the gs4 keyboard.apk or anything similar with the row of numbers at the top without rooting?

also are there any really good apps for creating folders and being able to change the icon or look of them. im normally not that superficial but i like to have my phone icon open up a folder with the phone icon and contacts and htcs folders look really dumb when there are less than four icons in a folder

From Samsung Galaxy S4 Review (Video) | MobileSyrup.com

Quote:
- The Galaxy S4′s keyboard, despite being powered by SwiftKey, is nowhere near as good as SwiftKey proper. This boggles my mind, as there was every opportunity to make this the truly best native keyboard on an Android phone, but alas, you’re still going to want to download a third party keyboard.
I use SwiftKey, you can try before you buy - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.touchtype.swiftkey.phone.trial

I also use Hackers Keyboard, it's free - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pocketworkstation.pckeyboard

Neither requires root.

If you really want to go to town on folders and icons, and don't mind losing Blinkfeed and your HTC widgets, go with Nova launcher - root not required.

You can theme and change your entire icon setup, there are lots of free and paid options on that. Search the Play Store for Nova and you'll find the launcher and endless pages of add-ons.

have swiftkey buy not using it. Like the keyboard app comes with it. Not cluttered and well spaced.

Swift key is nice but I'm just looking for the row of numbers era above the keyboard. And as far as redoing folders I've used nova for almost as long as it has been out. I'd like to see if I can keep blink feed

i use swiftkey and set the delay to something like 250ms to activate the alt keys.
you get a good sized kb and you save screen real estate.
if you really have to input a lot of numbers, just use num lock.

I have passwords with numbers and letters, it would be nice if I don't have to switch between numbers and chars frequently. Will look at swiftkey too.

I do too and the option of setting the long press delay was the main reason I got swiftkey.
it's great and you won't even think twice to long press after a few tries at it.
