HTC Panache Stuck on Boot screen

Hello I am new to my android and have the HTC Panache. The phone is not rooted and today while installing a apk file it froze so i decided to turn the phone off battery pull. Now the phone is stuck on the loading boot screen everytime i restart it. Any ideas on fixing it?
