Stock Music App Question

Can you fast forward and rewind tracks on the stock music applockscreen widget? I know there are alternate music apps like PowerAmp that provides this feature. I just wanted the luxury of using the stock music player instead and take advantage of beats.

Its so much more convient than unlocking the phone and ff and rewind. Thanks for the help.

Yes you can. You can also do this with the buttons on the ibeats headphones the rezound comes with. Very convenient.

I use my stereo jack from my car stereo to play music. I was really concerned that I wouldnt be able to ff and rewind music on the lockscreen. Thanks. I will probably use beats 5% of the time I own the phone lol.

To clarify, you can skip songs forward and backwards but you can't fast forward or rewind within the song from the lock screen.

Oooh boy. Then I'm guessing something is wrong with my Dre Headphones.

I'm using the stock music player (along with DSPManager) and for the life of me cannot use the headphones "remote."

Is there like a "headphones app" that can fix this? Or maybe do tell me where in the settings of the phone to do this? Because I'm not aware that there is a "headphones" control panel/app/setting.
