Can't really see spending that much on a battery, plus I have the old one from my old phone as a spare!

This is not new, this has been out since like February/March of this year... you can find it on eBay for about $90. People have had mixed experience with the Mugen batteries, although most people seem to like this one. Some users have noted it will cause the phone to shutdown at about 15% battery after a few weeks to months of use, but there are lots of reviews of this battery with the Rezound.
