Hi all,

I just got a Rhyme for Xmas and I'm trying to figure out a few things. For now I'll stick to the two issues I have with the charm:

1) It doesn't blink when I receive emails. I can't find any setting to get it to do this. I was wondering if there is any way that I can set the charm to blink when I receive emails?

2) It blinks when I receive texts and phone calls but it stops blinking after about 2 minutes. That's not long enough for me because I'm don't stop every couple of minutes to look at my charm. Is there any way to get the charm to blink longer?

Hi, I'm in the same situation. Just got a Rhyme for Christmas and noticed that

- the charm blinks only for text messages and phone calls, but not for IM messages notification (like Y! Messenger, Skype, etc) and Mail messages ...

- the charms stops blinking after 5 minutes

@tonisk: if you find how to change these things please let me know.

Hi Skipl,

I'll definitely let you know if I find out anything. I'll probably call verizon today and see if they can give me any tips on how to make it blink longer, add email, etc.. Usually, though, when I talk to the reps at verizon they don't seem to know any more than I can figure out myself from the users manual.

I've googled quite a few forums that I was hoping would have some active threads going on about the Rhyme but I'm not finding any current ones. And the older threads don't address most of the questions I have anyway.

I feel kind of stuck here and don't know where to go to get answers to my questions. It's frustrating because I really love the phone and would like to understand it better (it's my first smartphone) but how?
