I have several symbols on top left of phone.
Some are greyed out. [Three play app symbols].
One is a download symbol [straight line with arrow pointing up above it]?
This is not greyed out.
Why are they there and
how do I remove them please?

If you lay your finger on the symbols... can you not pull them down onto your screen? Once down you can open each one and acknowledge each. I think what you are seeing are notifications of downloads and such.
