Here is my opinions on 4 cases that I've bought, tried and used. Hope this helps.

1. Amazon.com: Clear TPU Candy Rubber Flexi Skin Case Cover for For HTC Sensation 4G / Pyramid: Cell Phones & Accessories - Case is nice BUT does not fit phone properly. It left a space between case and power button making VERY hard to turn on and off.

2. Amazon.com: Purple TPU Candy Rubber Flexi Skin Case Cover for For HTC Sensation 4G / Pyramid New By Electromaster: Cell Phones & Accessories - Same as #1

3. Amazon.com: HTC SENSATION 4G GEL SKIN CASE - SOLID BLACK, WITH QUBITS-BRANDED MICROFIBER CLEANING CLOTH: Electronics - Best out of the 4 cases I've purchased

4. Black silicone case from Wireless Toyz - Very bulky and attracts lints and dust to case.

I've been running with the Body Glove semi hard case since day 1. It's the second hard case I've ever had. My only complaint about it is that the finish is peeling, kind of like a bad sunburn, around the surface edges. Other than that it's been a life saver as I've dropped the phone a few times. When it gets real unsightly, I think I'm going back to gel though, although I was really into the Spec candy case I had for my G2X, I haven't seen anything like it for the S4G.

Now I'm in the market for a privacy screen/protector. Someone yell if there are any good suggestions out there.

I'm aware that my signiture file/graphic is a bit outdated. yet it's strangely still relevant sans the Vibrant.

That's hot...but I can't find one even on the GA website. Actually the Sensation 4G isn't even listed on the site, and the nearest store is almost 100 miles away from me. Anyone know of anywhere else I could pick one of these up?

Is that a full body sticker or a case in 3 pieces??
The Ghost armor site is a little vague

This case looks sick. I think if the one I ordered off of Ebay doesn't work out, I might buy this. Hopefully it'll still be on sale.

I think this will be the best case protection wise, when they are released.

For what it's worth, I find this discussion useful regarding the Case-Mate "Barely There."

my coworker highly recommends GA for the sensation 4g. he is known to baby his gadgets and he has GA on his evo, ipod, and ipad2. he was really complimenting GA. i went and had the GA screen protector put on 2 sensation 4g phones. very clean install, without bubbles or whatnot.

what disappointed me was that the protector does not cover the glass from edge to edge. both sides have very minimal glass uncovered. but the top and bottom parts of the glass has a lot uncovered. particularly the botton part, which only covers to the bottom edge of the 4 keys. kinda afraid of scratching the screen on the area that's not covered. also feels weird to tab the buttons when part of my fingertip is touching the protector and the other part is touching the glass.

Don't trust the gorilla glass and metal frame, I've managed to scratch both already -_- On that note I've dropped it a number of times wearing the tmobile gel case and it's performed beautifully (though it doesn't fit as snug anymore).

I don't like the tmobile screen protector. It doesn't cover the curved edges and gets greasy quickly (and doesn't wipe off easily). I'm looking at invisible shield to hopefully make a better screen protector.

Default Cases

Hello. I am new and this is my first post on this forum. Given I cannot post links yet, I will post item numbers on Amazon. I have Sensation. Just got it as a complement to my Nokie E51...

I am thinking of two cases, and I am not a dropper. I once dropped my iPod twice that was protected, but never my cell phone. Here are two cases I am thinking about. Please let me know which one you like better and why. Thank you in advance.

ASIN: B005A2UR4W

ASIN: B004XDN4KS

Thank you.

I have the Ballistic case mentioned above. It fits really well, and the gel layer with the hard overlay seems pretty durable. Cost less than 20 bucks too!

I just got my Sensation today with the D30 case and I would not recommend buying one of those. It is quite possibly the hardest case to put on a phone and makes the phone bulkier than it has to be.

A case will severely limit the range of a bluetooth headset. My experience is the normal 30-40 foot range is limited to 5-10 foot with a case.

Does it also effect Wi-Fi and 2G/4G connections from your experience?

I think a plastic case actually help shielding the antenna from humn body, thus help preventimg signal lost. Remember iPhone 4 Antenna-gate? The antenna was designed on the outside around the phone body causing the dead grib? Solution
.. free plastic bumper.

Signal lost should be how you hold the phone, not the plastic case.

Nexus One has the same problem. Holding the phone with the entire palm wrap around the phone will cause 3G connection drop to EDGE.

Interesting. I've never had that issue with any of my phones.

I bought the gel skin from TMobile and since then, its kind of stretched out and isnt tight around my phone anymore. Using the power button is getting annoying with this case so i ordered myself 2 new cases off Amazon.

I was looking at the Otterbox case but decided not to get it.

I went with the Case Mate Tough case and the Case Mate Barely There case.

The Case Mate Tough case came today. I installed it at about 6pm and have been using my phone with it on since. So far, i love it. Its so much better than a gel skin.

Its a dual layer case. The first layer is a thin gel skin, then over it goes the thicker layer which is a nice textured plastic.

The case adds a nice feel to the phone.

I just got my Barely There case. I installed it and I am using my phone to type this.

The case is nice and very slim. My phone feels so different now compared to having the Tough case on for a few days.

The only thing that worries me about this case is the smooth finish. The Tough case is textured and feels very secure in your hand. This case feels kind of slick. Maybe since its a new case, i have to use it a bit. Maybe the slick feeling will go away and provide a little more grip.

So far, i love both cases and would reccomend them to you guys.
