Unable to play this type of audio file
I installed itunes on my computer to load some music on a friends ipod. That same day I figured I would transfer some music from WMP to my phone (click and drag). I organized my music by creating a folder for every artist. The next day I un-installed itunes because its no good to me. Tried to play a certain song using the standard music player and it gave me the following "UNABLE TO PLAY THIS TYPE OF AUDIO FILE"
. I tried playing other songs just to make sure that not all of my music was corrupted. Turns out its a 50/50 chance that the files will play.
I went back to the computer and tried to play a song from my phone on WMP and it gave me "
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file. You might encounter this error message for one of the following reasons:
#1 - The file type is supported by the Player, but the file was compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the Player.
#2 - The file might have been encoded by using a codec that is not supported by Windows Media Player. If this is the case, Windows Media Player cannot play the file. "
"IM FREAKING OUT MAN
So at this point I'm in denial and I download many free music players from the market and all of them give me the same error.
