i need help with contact recovery

Dear Friends ,

its my first time here in this fourm and my English is not good so i'm sorry for my bad English language ,

my friends i disabled the widget clock from the task manager so i cant open or use the phone because the screen become black , i made a restart but the same problem still come , then i released the battery and and but it back , while i press the power i pressed the volume down and choose the reset so the phone return to the original setting but all my contact and sms are gone , when i connect the SD memory to the PC the old App still in the SD card but it's not apper in the phone

i need to recover my contacts how can i made that please its very important to me the App not important i can re download them from google play .

note : i didn't make any backup before

Unless your contacts were syn'd with something like Gmail or Outlook then they are lost. if your contacts were ONLY held on your phone and you had no backup of the phone then it's not looking good for you i'm afraid.
