Support Problems editing text on Internet forums

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a bit of help with my HTC Sensation XE with what I think is a bit of an odd query!

I often have problems when editing text on forums. Text messaging and emails are absolutely fine, it's just when typing something on the Internet. For example I'll type out my message then often when I proof read it I realise I've hit the full stop button instead of the space bar or made a spelling mistake etc. Ill move my cursor back to my mistake and try to delete it but it will delete something from another part of my text?? Does that make sense?!

It started off as an occasional problem but it's got worse and worse.

Has anyone had any experience of this?

Not sure what the problem is.

Have you updated your phone to the latest version of android?

What browser are you using?

How do you move the cursor to where you want to edit?

I hope I can help you with some more info
