Default phone keypad not english
hi can anyone please help, i have bought a second hand sensation xe, the phone has had a factory reset and its all is well except one thing. there is no setting in language and keyboard for english uk, so i have it set to english ukraine. this hasent caused any problems for google searches and texting as this uses a full english keyboard , however when i use the phone to make a call all the writing on the phone keyboard and in the menues is i presume ukraine or russian. Am i missing something, can anyone please help

I'm not sure about the stock keyboard on your specific device but you could try downloading a keyboard from the play store. I use SwiftKey but there are certainly plenty of others to choose from as well... In the description you can see all the supported language packs, English (UK) being one of them.

thanks for the info, i downloaded a new keypad for the phone and now all is in english, thanks again
