Default Casing buzzes when charging

While my phone charges fine, I find that the case can be felt to buzz slightly when charging. I presume that this is the current somehow being picked up by the case.

I am using an Anker replacement battery, which says not to charge it above 4.3v (while its output is rated at 3.7v) even though the HTC charger outputs 5v.

1) Do you think that this is a problem to do with a mismatch of battery and charger, or do I have some point of contact between the charger and case that is leading to this problem?

2) As an aside, I get the much-documented issues with the power button and unwanted screenshots when pressing home, but only when plugged in.

Does anybody have any insight or help to offer?
