All ICS files downloading to SD card

I have a new Status and when someone sends me via text message a new event for my calendar, it saves it directly to the SD card and will not be able to read it into my calendar. Is there any way to have it download to the phone instead of the SD card?

I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with syncing calendar events from a text message to the HTC Status. I will be more than happy to assist you with this issue. Unfortunately the ability to import ICS files is not available on the Status.

However you may be able to find a compatible third-party application that will allow greater control with saving/importing ICS files. On the Status, select All Apps > Market > Search.
