Default message to htc

this is getting very annoying that us users with htc tattoo are being put aside,
newer phones than the htc tattoo are receiving updates.

as it says on this website that "HTC is committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience".

for us users with the htc tattoo, we most Definatly are NOT receiving the best possible mobile experience as we are being let down over and over again,

it was said back in march 2010 that htc tattoo was due a update to 2.0 or 2.1, but still nothing.

if the best possible mobile experience is to let customer down and push certain phones aside, than god help us.

also people have ported other roms to work on the htc tattoo like froyo, if people can do it in this shorter time, than please answer WHY HAS IT TAKEN HTC THIS LONG!?.

this service is actually making people think twice about buying a htc mobile.

Yes, and nice, if you do a search with Google about Tattoo update you will find some titles like "Tattoo will get the update" and "Sorry, but no update for Tattoo".

At least, HTC should give a clear answer.

after a long chat with htc through email about the update for htc tattoo this is what they had to say::

Unfortunately their are currently no plans for the tattoo to be upgrade as it is unlikely that's its hardware will be able to support such an update.

Where did you find the information to suggest that the tattoo would be upgradeable?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i actually do not beleive that the htc tattoo wont be able to support the update because people have already ported a rom for the htc tattoo but with some issues like camera not working and fm radio not working. to me this seems like htc are gaining customers and losing alot of custom also.

Saying that the hardware won't support the upgrade is just pure BS. It has the same processor as the Wildfire and that is running 2.1.
