Angel How to connect to wifi via Laptop?
Hello! Can I connect my HTC Tattoo to wifi via my laptop which connected to internet via cable router?

No, the Tattoo doesn't support Ad Hoc WiFi networks. For WiFi tethering you need to root your phone and install a custom ROM.
