Default How to reply to text/email with voice?

Vlingo is great to initiate a text/email. However, when I receive one and want to reply, I have to use e keyboard.

What I want is a microphone icon to click that allows me to speak my reply. Sure I'm missing something, new to Android.

Thanks, all.

You can do that in Vlingo, and with the stock keyboard (or pretty much and of the keyboards out now). If you look at the keyboard there should be a mic icon, if you hit that it will let you speak your message. With Vlingo if you have safe reader on you can reply to the message right after it is read to you.

No feeling stupid, not allowed here

The forums are here to help with just this sort of thing, luckily your question was easy to answer. Being new to Android, or any phone, there are things that you have to dig around and find. Asking questions is the best way to do it.

I'm glad that I was able to help. Remember don't hesitate to ask, there are no dumb questions here.

Thanks. I'm really loving the TB/Android. The iPhone was a joy after a generic phone, and this feels like another quantum leap.
