Default Clicking A Name Under Messaging Bringing Up A Different Conversation

This is something I also experienced with my Droid 1. Often, whenever I open up the Messaging (Stock) app and I quickly click on a conversation, it will open up a completely different conversation, and I have to go back and select the correct conversation slowly. Not a huge issue but it does get a little annoying from time to time as I won't notice and I'll send a text to one person that was intended for someone else.

I dont remember 100% but I believe at one point I used Handcent SMS and it still did the same thing. Is it just an Android thing or am I alone here? Any ways to fix it?

I have had the same issues, with D1 and now the TB...like you said minor, no big deal. There have been times though where I responded to the wrong person cause of it! Oops. I do have it, not as much on the TB, but I know what you are talking about. I don't know if there's a way to fix it though...or even why it does it.

I don't have that issue with Handcent. On my OG Droid, though, I'd go to delete a conversation and it'd delete the wrong one...so a bit similar.

Yep, had this come up some with the stock messaging system. I though maybe I accidentally was swiping the screen with my hand, since the screen is pretty sensitive. But it's happened multiple times now. Hopefully, the update will fix this, as it's a little annoying.

I am experiencing the same problem. Also I have noticed when I check my SMS via Messages, it will say I have a new SMS when in reality I do not. Usually it will go away once I receive a new SMS. Not the end of the world, but both of the bugs can be annoying.

Couple people I know are experiencing the same thing, with various Android phones. Maybe it's just an Android thing idk
