Title pretty much says it all. I use Car Home Ultra as my default. Even tried clearing it out as that too. No dice. The app/mode fails to start upon insertion and therefore continues to run upon removal. Annoying.

Does anyone else use a car dock? And if so does it continue to automatically launch after the GB update?

Since GB, it doesn't do anything when I put it in my HTC car dock like it used to...I have to go through the app list to activate it each time...

My TB wont go into car mode either. thought there was something wrong with phone. Brought it to Verizon and they wanted me to do a factory reset but others are haveing problems too I'll hold off on that.

Add me to the list. I was thinking that Tasker was the culprit, but this makes much more sense (no pun intended)

I have noticed that mine seems to work if the dock is not powered. Trying to remember to dock before starting the car.
