4g help

My girlfriend has a Dinc2 and doesnt like it very much. She wants to buy a thunderbolt off of ebay but she doesnt have a 4g sim card. How does she get one? does she just go to the verizon store and ask for one or buy on amazon? Any answers would be nice

I believe if you call Verizon up they will send you one free, or better yet if you have a corporate store around they'll give you one free. As long as you have a data plan for the activated line

thanks. my gf went to the verizon store and she purchased one for $10 and is on her way to buying a thunderbolt now.

I had to pay $10 for mine where I live as well, but Verizon refunded the amount and suggested that I called next time to get one. They are free from Verizon, but not from a retailer. Also if you need to switch to a 3g device, once you switch back to your 4g phone you will have to have a new sim installed and activated...
