Default How to restore mounting option screen?

This morning I accidentally hit the option for "never show this screen again" when I plugged my phone into my computer to charge it. Now, I can't seem to figure out how to get the screen back that lets me select how to mount the phone to my computer - making getting at the data on it difficult. I know this must be some simple option I can reselect elsewhere on the phone, but I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I set mine to "charge only". If I need to mount as a drive I simply pull down the notification bar and tap the "charge only" icon and it lets me choose a different type.

I like this because I rarely need to access my files via PC but I do charge it while at work. I like that I can plug it in and it just charges and there is no choice to make.
