Default Export text to Computer?

My phone seems to run slow when I have a lot of texts saved on it, but at the same time I want to keep them. Is there a way I can export them to my computer or save them in a way that I can easily read them?

There's an app called SMS to text by smeiti.

Saves your text as a txt file to your sd card.
