Default Spam Icons keep popping up

Hello All,
Lately icons have started popping up on my screens. They are links to web pages. I have not been able to figure out where they are coming from. I un-installed some recent Apps, to see if they are the cause but I am at a loss.

Anyone out there experienced this before?

Thanks,
Monte
