Default how to downgrade from ICS on HTC Vivid

Is There any way to downgrade from ICS to Gingerbread on a HTC Vivid? Been trying to do some research, but no luck

Hi Team,

How I can downgrade my HTC Sense to Android 2.3.1 ( Ginger Bread ) from 4.0. Or how I can re-install the same 4.0 , since it keep rebooting.
