Ok so my vivid just randomly started to get crappy quality on videos and in pictures. I have never dropped it and I've had this phone's since April . I dont know what to do, everything looks pixelated even in high quality videos it play almost at the same quality of 360 when its supposed to be 720. I have tried factory reset and reboot but it doesn't seem to get rid of it. Any idea on how to fix this? For a better description on how everything with a picture look its sort of like taking a picture with your front camera and then as if the image was stretched . I know its not my conection
