Tyying to get to the bottom of my poor battery life (need to charge 2/3 times a day, moderate useage).

I've been looking through the FAQ's and have found the partial wake details on my phone but not sure if there is anything particularly unusual there, can somebody please have a look and advise?

Details are:

Messages 365724 ms
Settings 166167 ms
Clock 121140 ms
HTC Sense 67933 ms
Hotmail 14490 ms
Dialer 14420 ms
Phone 1978 ms

This is just after taking it off charge after being on charge over night. Would this affect the above details? Should I be looking at a different time?

Sorry for all the questions but a noob at all of this and if I dont get this battery life and internal memory issue sorted think I'll be chucking this phone at a wall!!!
