Default Call Finished Wildfire S Won't Turn Off

Iíd appreciate some advice. I own a HTC Wildfire S

Someone calls, we have a conversation and, occasionally but not all the time when the call is finished and the other party breaks the connection I canít seem to turn my phone back on again there is just a blank screen.

As Iíve said it doesnít happen all the time but it seems to happen more with one particular individual, but it does happen with others as well Ė and again it doesnít happen all the time.

Iíve tried calling from another phone and yes the HTC rings but there is no way I can answer it the screen remains blank, the only way Iíve figured of getting around the problem is to remove and replace the battery not youíd agree an ideal solution! I canít even seem to do a hard turn of on it by holding the power button down.

Any ideas as to what might be the cause.

Kevin

If he's taking the battery out, he's more than likely restarting the phone.

likely causes belive it or not, sweat or water on the screen &/or multiple applications running in background, try installing a software called [Fast Reboot][use it when your phone tends to slow down on a running app]

&

also install an app to cleanup the internal storage junk files, that will work cuz it worked for me & when wiping liquid of the screen, make sure the screen is off/locked.
