Default FoxFI on WildfireS(VM)

I'm sure this is a Noob question, but when I go to the Google Play store and try to download FoxFi so I can connect my tablet to my phone's connection the store says it's not available for my phone.

Is there a way around this? My phone is rooted, thanks to the brilliant minds in this forum.

Thanks!
