Default sending data

Hi,
I have an interesting situation.
I use a PDA hpipaq so I send data collected during the day on the server job.hpipaq Pair's with sonnyericsson Mobile (ordinary, not Android) via Bluetooth. at the time of the merger on the phone says "connecting using mobile network".
question:
can htcwildfire be programmed or is there an application that would behave as sonnyericsson so that data can be sent over the HTC.?

thanks
