Hello to everyone...As a newbie here i ll start with a question.
My HTC Wildfire got wet, on a coffee table and it started overheating and the battery draining in like 4 hours. After i got it to the service, where they changed the motherboard which was destroyed as they said it still reacts the same. Overheats with the (not original) wall charger, the same with usb on PC, and drains in a few hours, usually becoming very hot.

Any suggestions?Apart from buying a new phone...
would rooting solve any problems?
