Wildfire - Missing Emails

Hi

I am new to this Forum, so please be kind to an old 'un that is struggling a bit.

When emails are downloaded to the phone not all of them appear in Outlook on PC. I use Virginmedia. I read/reply to all emails via Outlook on PC.

I have been told this is not possible (missing emails) but I have gone through emails on phone then on PC and some are missing from PC - they are not in Spam folder.

Have I explained myself adequately? I hope so.

I would appreciate your help. Thanks
