Default HTC- WildFire[Help to fix battery draining]

Hi all,
i have HTC wildfire A3333, the problem is that the battery shows all the time 2%, i leave it whole day and still 2%, beside i have another HTC and when i put battery of A3333 the another htc is fully charged and when i ut it back it shows me 2%, any idea how to fix this issue?

P.S i think its system problem so i tried to reinstall android system but it not allows me, programme tells me that i need 50% charged battery to reinstall.


Hope somone will help me.
