Default Replacing Touch Screen

Hello, I have recently got my hands on a HTC Wildfire A3333, with a cracked touchscreen. It works like a charm, but the cracks look bad so I want to change it.

I found at some online stores, 2 kinds of digitizers, one with a chip on the band, and without. I was wondering which one would fit my phone... Any help?
