Default HTC Wildfire Specs

i think it is stupid to make new model with so old CPU 528MHz like in Hero but still i would like to swap my Hero to this cute handset

It is basically a Hero 2 in a Nexus one like body, but using an optical trackpad.

Which will make the hero guys waiting for 2.1 even happier!

Anyone got a hold of these yet, there are no proper reviews out and I want to get my mother an android phone, and you can get one of these on a 15 quid a month package on vodafone.

How bad can it be? Sense is proven tech, as is Android 2.1 (at least for HTC)... I assume the only thing that's not going to be great about this phone is the resolution. (for web browsing & apps).

Just seen on t-mobile for 10 per month, 110 phone cost but 80 cashback, 100 minutes, 3gb internet and unlimited texts.

I have just got the wildfire on t-mobile, 20 quid a month, unlimited texts and internet (3 gig fair usage) and 600 minutes

Annoyingly they dropped the cashback from 80 to 35 earlier in the week, I should have ordered when I saw it...................
