Cry Dropped HTC Wildfire on the ground, screen has stayed black since

Hi, I dropped my HTC wildfire on the ground the other day and the screen just went black. When I turned it on I could feel it vibrate and hear the starting tone in the background but the screen still stayed black. Do you know what might be wrong with it and how much it could cost to be repaired? (if it can be repaired?) Thanks

Nancy, Welcome to Android Forums!
I am not sure what the cause might be, but if you have insurance, you can make a claim, and get a replacement for a relatively small cost.
I am also including the link to the HTC Wildfire forum, where you might find someone who has had the same issue, that will get you the information that you need.
