Default I want to buy android phone with decent internal memory

I have HTC Wildfire S and I want to buy a phone with larger internal memory instead of the very limited 150 M.B.
I want a cheap phone with lasting battery.

Have you looked at the HTC One V? It's one of the cheaper options and relatively high specced for the price.
