Installed 32 GB microSD card Missing Update program

I am a newbie, but thought I did everything correctly. I turned off the phone, removed the 4GB micro sd card and then put in the 32GB micro sd card. Thought I would be able to save my apps to the new card...but so far no go. Need help!!!!

My phone memory is completely full and I can't transfer any more apps to the sd card, but it says that I have 29 GB free. What can I do?
