If you went to Google Play and then it said the latest Play Music was required..
before I installed their music player, I was warned off! According to what Google Play says its all stored "in the cloud so you can play it anywhere" or something. No idea - that was where I hit CANCEL. I'll stick with the player on the phone, which works with regular mp3 and m4a files, which are also on the computer of course. (it plays my iTunes just fine).
If it didn't come from Google Play, where did it come from? Can't you just put it back on the SD card with the same computer you got it with?
