Help cant install Clockwork Mod

Hi, Ive followed all the necessary steps, re-rooted, then ran boot-loader, then after my phone rebooting once more, I powered off and disconnected from PC. I turned my phone back on with volume down and power button held for 15 seconds. It froze on Huawei screen.

I then re-connected back to pc, then executed clockworkMod.exe file, then it just gets stuck at "waiting for device". What am I doing wrong? Ive tried restarting, and different usb ports, please help, Im blowing my wits out

Do you have usb debugging on?

Yes USB debugging is on, but I'm just stuck with waiting for device when I connect to PC, what am I doing wrong?
