Default Random Shutdown

hi all
so i have a HUAWEI ASCEND g300 for about 3 mounts that started to make some problems about 2 mounts ago
i have send it back for repaires but they did nothing to it

the problem is that it is random shuting down and i can not restart it until i take out the battery and put it back on
i know the battery is not the problem because i checked with several ones

since i have upgrade it to 4.0.3 the problem is manifeting itself slower (from 2-4 times a day to about 1 time a day)
after i have disabled fast boot i still have this problem but only once about 2 days

the thing is that i can not figure out why is this keep happening.
