Default proxoid problem

I just installed proxoid and I installed android-sdk_r08-linux_86.
I would like to use proxoid to tether but how do I set up my
/etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules file?
I tried this
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", SYSFS{idProduct}=="12d1", MODE="0666", OWNER="grimx"
and restarting my compter and running adb devices
but my phone does not show up.
