Default Ripping CD's for playing on Android

What is the best cd ripping software and lossless audio codec for playing on my Android Tablet. I have a 32gb sd card.

I have a Huawei S7 tablet w/Android 2.1

Windows Media Player works great for me. The price is right - free.

Be sure to rip to MP3 since the unit does not recognize WMA.
