Help me i 'll be crazy if all the master here not help me

I am a newbie,my ideos S7 having problem , because download aplication and now it always restart, again and again,
i all ready reset the ideos, from the setting, privacy, factory reset....
but the problem does not finish
as a note, it came system warn goes like this, system proces not respond, and some time it start but after the android desktop success, there is 1 aplication and proses that work, it say that CHECKING SD CARD FOR ERROR, please master, and all friend here help me how to solve this problem
i looking forward for the solution
