Default Freeze-up's help please

Hi

My u8510 sometimes freezes.
I've had it since May and it's just starting to get a bit worse.

I wanted to edit an event on the calendar app, but the screen would not change when I highlighted the event, and I kept getting an error message saying 'not responding' and would I like to force close or wait.

Other times I cannot get rid of the touchpal keyboard off the screen, when I want to go from the 'enter recipient' box, to the message box.
Since I increased the size of the touchpal keyboard, it does not dissappear off the screen when I ask it to.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

You might try doing a battery pull boot. Sometimes when the phone is acting wonky a hard reset will set things right again. If all fails, you might consider a factory reset. Always a hassle and a last resort procedure but often the answer.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. I just saw it as I never requested email notification.

What is a battery pull boot please?
I have very little knowledge of things like this.

Thanks.
