Black Screen - Incoming Call

I've had this phone for a while now with no problems until recently. When I receive an incoming call the screen just stays black. I can't see who is calling me. I just hear a ring. Any ideas how I can fix this issue?

Most likely it is because the phone is already slow, and may be doing too many things at once. As for a fix... I'm not entirely sure about that.. :-\
