I have my Ideos U8510 connected to my PC (XP-SP3) via HiSuite (v 1.4.02.05).

Yesterday I imported my Outlook contacts to the Ideos. On reviewing the Contacts list on the phone today I realised there was a lot of housekeeping/editing to be done.

I proceeded to do the editing in HiSuite, modifying some records and adding some new ones.

When I look at the Contacts list on the phone again I see that some changes appear to have been synced across to the phone, but not all, and most of the new Contacts I have added in HiSuite do not appear on the phone.

Buggered if I can see a way to force HiSuite to update the phone.

Can anyone advise?

OK, I figured it out.

Syncing of Contacts between HiSuite and the phone is automatic and it is working OK.

The problem is that you need to go to Contacts --> Options touchpad --> Display options.

Tap an account under "choose contacts to display", then check all the Groups.
