Default a question about androirc prog

Before I got my phone rooted the prog called "Androirc" worked. After rooting the prog stops responding on the 1st screen. I am wondering why the prog stops responding.

Also after rooting Should I be seeing a bucket load of files (like the hidden system files of windows)? I see a bunch of new directories with nothing in them. I think this directories are on the sd card. How do I look at the directories and files not on the sd card from my laptop.

Steve

you dont look at the phones memory from your laptop.
The PC only mounts the SD card as far as i know, atleast if you mean via the normal open in my computer method.

Yes after rooting you will see lots of files and directories in a file manager as you can see the phones storage itself.
And that being said, be careful of the delete button
